In Arabic, or more precisely in Kabyle, Aylan means "shield". For the Turks, Aylan translates mostly by "moonlight". Aylan is a man who hates constraints and prefers a hundred times more freedom to life rules imposed by society. That does not mean to Aylan marginal character nor exuberant. In his professional life in particular Aylan is able to juggle his obligations and his desire for freedom. Professional, Aylan manages to be effective in what he does.
