The old name is derived from Hector ekhein verb meaning "direct." In Greek mythology, Hector the son of Priam. He is a hero of the Trojan War described in Homer's Iliad. Hector love to fight and win a victory. They thus tend to turn everything into challenge, competition. Very enthusiastic, deeply intuitive and volunteers, they are real men of action always in search of fame and success. Hector does not like to wait, they are very ambitious and sometimes too impatient. But they are also caring vis-à-vis their environment, they are caring for them. Finally, they like to please and arouse admiration and recognition of others ... a proud strand, perhaps?
